Samsung XR/VR Headset: The Future of Immersive Tech?

Samsung is reportedly developing a new VR/XR headset in partnership with Google, which is expected to feature impressive specifications such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 Plus Gen 2 chip and high-resolution screens made by Samsung Display. While the exact price and release date are unknown, rumors suggest it may fall within the range of $1,000 to $3,499 and potentially arrive alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 6 in 2024. The device is expected to offer improved passthrough camera quality, more cameras and sensors than the Meta Quest 3, and potentially utilize radar-based Soli sensor technology for near-body gesture tracking.
