Harvard Spinoff Unleashes Solid State Battery Barrage on Fossil Fuels

Adden Energy, a Harvard University spinoff, has developed a new solid state battery that achieves 6,000 cycles and recharges in 10 minutes. The battery utilizes micron-sized silicon particles in the anode to restrict the lithium reaction and prevent dendrite growth. This innovation is expected to provide reliable and fast charging for electric vehicles.
