TomTom and Microsoft are collaborating on a new in-car AI system that enables drivers to communicate naturally with their vehicles. The fully integrated, AI-powered conversational automotive assistant can perform various tasks such as navigation, temperature control, and radio station changes. This innovation will be included in TomTom's Digital Cockpit infotainment platform and will be available to other providers and car companies directly. Microsoft is leveraging its longstanding collaboration with TomTom and combining AI advancements from the Microsoft Cloud with TomTom's automotive expertise to offer drivers and carmakers new AI-powered tools.
