Outer Wilds, an indie game critically acclaimed on PC and Xbox in 2019, has finally released on Nintendo Switch two years after its initial launch date. The game features a unique time loop mechanic where the player dies every 22 minutes, allowing them to use their knowledge of previous loops to progress through the game. The creators of the game faced challenges in bringing it to the Switch platform. Additionally, other new games have been released on Nintendo Switch, including LEGO Fortnite, Air Aces, Breakout Birdie Escape, and more.

Intel Unveils Arrow Lake Gaming CPUs with AI Accelerators, Lunar Lake Brings Huge IPC Uplifts

Intel is releasing two new CPUs, Arrow Lake and Lunar Lake, in the second half of 2024. Arrow Lake is focused on gaming and includes an AI accelerator, while Lunar Lake offers significant IPC improvements and three times more AI performance on both the GPU and NPU than Meteor Lake. The Lunar Lake chip has one large die and two accompanying structures that appear to be on-package DRAM.
