GTA 6 Under Fire for Allegedly Using Florida Joker's Likeness
A man named Lawrence Sullivan, also known as "Florida Joker," has claimed that Rockstar Games used his likeness in their new game, GTA 6, without his permission. Sullivan's mugshot went viral in 2017 for his face tattoos and dyed hair, and he believes that a character in the GTA 6 trailer is based on his appearance. He is demanding $1-$2 million in damages, stating that Rockstar Games stole his life by taking his likeness without his consent. This is not the first time Rockstar Games has faced a similar claim, as actress Lindsey Lohan attempted to sue them in 2013 for allegedly using her likeness in Grand Theft Auto 5.
